Every piece is handmade and we start pouring right after you confirm. A 50% deposit secures your order; the remaining balance is paid on delivery.

The deposit is non-refundable, because production begins immediately after confirmation.

We stay in touch with you step by step while your order is being prepared — message us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust it.

Each candle is made by hand and is unique, so there may be a very slight difference in colour.

Orders take 6–8 days in total: around 3 days to prepare and around 3 days to ship.

We deliver across Egypt.

Jouri Bloom, Tulip Whisper, Ice Hour, our wax melts (Heart, Cloud, Duck), Wardrobe Fresheners and event favours can all be made in your choice of colour and scent.

Favours are priced per piece and include a card. After you confirm, send us the card design you’d like and we’ll produce it to match.

On the first light, let the whole surface melt evenly (about 2 hours). Trim the wick to about 5mm before each use.

Place one or two pieces in the dish of your burner above a lit tea light. As the wax melts, the scent fills the room — no flame touches the wax.

Light it for a few minutes until a small pool forms, blow it out, then test the temperature on your wrist before pouring the warm oil onto the skin.

Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable, and burn it on a heat-resistant surface.
